Top Music and Audio Apps on Android in Portugal Q4 2024

In the fourth quarter of 2024, the music and audio app landscape on Android in Portugal showcased notable trends, as captured by Sensor Tower data.

Spotify: Music and Podcasts saw a varied performance in weekly revenue, starting at approximately $18.5K in early October and ending the year at around $16.1K. Downloads showed a significant rise in early December, peaking at over 10K, while active users remained robust, fluctuating between 882K and 940K throughout the quarter.

Music Player & MP3 - DDMusic maintained a stable download rate, averaging around 4.5K weekly. Active users experienced a gradual increase, reaching nearly 20K by the end of December.

Tunecho music-Play offline exhibited a strong growth in downloads towards the quarter's end, climbing from 3.6K in late September to over 8K in the final week of December. Active users mirrored this trend, increasing from 3.5K to just over 9K.

The JBL Headphones app showed an upward trend in downloads, with a peak of 8.4K in the week leading up to Christmas. Active users also grew significantly, starting at 7.7K and reaching 14.5K by the end of the year.

Lastly, Learn Piano - Piano lessons experienced a surge in downloads from late October, hitting a high of 6.8K in late November. Active users increased accordingly, peaking at 5.7K in December.
